Heres a little in the way of my life and interests

I don't have any recent photo's of myself, here's an artist's rendering.

I come from Oranmore, a small and quiet town in the West of Ireland, where music, craic and the porter black are the

primary industries, and the working week is just the recovery period from the weekend before.

That said, it is a tribute to the people of the town, and satisfying to a student of business that real industry of all kinds thrive in Oranmore. For details, look at the link above.

I am currently pursuing a commerce degree at NUI Galway , doing minors in Information Systems and Economics.

This venerable institution is steeped in history, and has a tremendous social scene going on, helped in large part by the rich variety of pubs in the City of Galway.

As to myself, I take a keen interest in sport, particularly soccer, and, although they break my heart , Tottenham Hotspur.

I am also an avid viewer of the Simpsons, (there's a couple more links with downloads on my links page), and also enjoy reading, probably Mark Twain more than anyone else.

Music? Well I'm still in shock since the death of Kurt Cobain, Nirvana being one of my favourite bands. The Smiths also kicked ass in my opinion, and occasionally I enjoy the soothing sounds of Metallica, Alice in Chains, Lynyrd Skynyrd (if that's how you spell it) and, lately, David Bowie.

The Galway music scene also deserves a mention:- If you're in town check out Pyramid, Full Trousers, NUIG band The Blue, Way Out West, Ri-Ra, Carmonbozia, Superhigh, and if you come accross any of Kieran Davies' many and oft. changing bands, he's supremely talented and well worth a listen.
