Finn's 13C team ready for showdown with Celtic's 13As

This 13C side have shown great resilience this season under manager, Peter Finn, and coach Jimmy Cummiskey.  They defeated Malahide's A-team to earn a place in the knockout stages of the League Cup.  This game today brought Malahide's second team to Porterstown to try to avenge the defeat of their clubmates.  But Celtic were fired up for it.  They fought hard throughout and they were good value for the 1-1 scoreline at the end of normal time, their goal coming from Brian Cummiskey.  Then it was into extra time.  Celtic appeared the fitter squad and they finished very strong.  Des Mulloy struck superbly from the left hand side with a fine shot to the far corner.  Paul Kelly was as usual on the score sheet also.  Ian Hargadon broke through to send a fine shot to the far right hand corner.
