NDSL U-9B1 defeat Howth 3-1. Oisin Zambra was again on the mark for Castleknock, a week after his bullet header goal.  Bilal Mu'azzam and Glen Foran got the other goals.

NDSL U-9D1 Caretaker manager, Martin Treadwell, was delighted with his team's performance, when they overcame Baldoyle Utd in the NDSL 9D1 division. Goals from Andrew Treadwell, Saad Ahsan, Cillian Croash, and Senan McAllorum on the double, gave Celtic their 5-0 win.

NDSL U-11 Premier were comfortable winners over the visiting Kilbarrack Utd side in this Premier game.  Conor Byrne shot a very smart hat-trick, while Brian Slevin helped himself to a brace to give Celtic their 5-1 victory.  See photo below.

NDSL U-11B were the narrowest of winners over North County Dublin team, St McCullins, by 1-0.  John Roe jnr. was the goalscorer and the Man-of-the-Match for Celtic.

NDSL U-12B fell at the third hurdle. They had won their previous two, and went into this game against Kilmore Boys with a lot of confidence.  They were soon off the mark thanks to Jamie Reid. But Kilmore hit back on the double, to leave themselves 2-1 ahead of Celtic at half-time.  It got worse soon after, and the home side faced a monumental task when they went 3-1 down. But they fought back through goals from Jamie Reid and Eoin Haughton to leave the sides level at 3-3. Then at the death, Kilmore struck with late killer goal, from which Celtic could not recover.  3-4 defeat for Celtic.

NDSL U-13 Premier left it late against to gain the upper hand over Glebe North.  Graham Jordan scored one and assisted with the other goal scored by Brian Moriarty, to rescue this game.  2-1 home win.

NDSL U-13A Celtic and Ashbourne fought out a competitive 0-0 draw in Porterstown.  Either sides could have stolen it, but in the end, a share of the spoils was a fair result.  Man of the match for Celtic was David Cummins.

NDSL U-14A Johnny Cooper goal was not enough to save Celtic from a 1-2 away defeat against Malahide Utd.

NDSL U-14D Celtic had their third 4-3 victory in succession to take the points against Swords Celtic away in Balheary. Mark Fitzsimons scored the first from the penalty spot. Ian O'Dowd, Cillian Quinn, and Oladele Mashaun, his third successive match to score in and five in three games, were the other scorers.

NDSL U-15A Celtic had a tremendous win over Co Louth rivals, Boyne Rovers.  However, it was a one-man scoring mission that did the trick. Christopher Hoey scored all four for the visiting Celtic team, which conquered 4-3 in the end.

NDSL U-15C Conor Mannion and Neil Carton were the heroes for Celtic.  They fell behind 2-0 in the second half, but two late strikes rescued a point for the home side against the visiting Baldoyle Utd.

NDSL U-16 Premier Celtic hosted North Co Dublin visitors, Skerries Town, and proved much too strong, with David Hunt back at the heart of Celtic's midfield.  Gary Smyth opened the scoring for Celtic from the penalty spot. 1-0.  But Skerries levelled matters by half-time.  Barry Flanagan restored Celtic's lead in the second period.  Then Emir Bajramovic took over the role of hat-trick hero, when he struck three to leave the scoreline for Celtic at 5-1 home win.

AUL Div 3 Sunday Eddie O'Callaghan's young colts had another very competitive game in Porterstown against Mooretown.  They found themselves 0-2 down after ten minutes.  But Simon Fleming gave them a glimmer of hope by half-time when he scored yet another goal for Celtic.  1-2 H.T.

But Celtic fell further behind in the second half. 1-3.  Simon again came forward to take the penalty awarded against Mooretown, and brought them within a goal of the visitors.  It was then the turn of Weah who scored the crucial equaliser, to give Celtic a share of the points.  The abiding memory however is one of much bad temper.  Hopefully, all will be more sporting next time they meet.

DDSL U-18 Premier Vernon McAllorum's 18s side progressed to the Leinster Football Association Youth Cup 2nd Round.  Darren Breslin and Keith English shone in this competitive match. Keith's goal was all that separated them at the end. Vernon was very pleased with the application of his team, and is very optimistic that they will continue to progress.
