It was a bitterly cold and wet day where Celtic did not deserve to lose this bruising encounter. They were without 3 players from a panel of 10 but they fought like tigers and never gave up. If they had put away half the opportunities, Castleknock would have won by a cricket score. They really played their hearts out and all supporters were very proud of them. Jack Kennedy was hammered near the end with stud marks showing well above the knee. I thought his leg was broken but he managed to hobble o, at the final whistle,………..with the rest of his team mates….Heroes, one and all.
