Terms & Conditions
ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION OF YOUR HOLIDAY HOME RENTAL BOOKING IS SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING DEPOSIT.
A non-refundable booking deposit of €150 per holiday home per week
rental is required upon booking. No invoice or letter of confirmation
can be dispatched to you until all deposits for your holiday have been
received.
2. BALANCE OF PAYMENT.
Full payment of holiday home rental must be made to us no later than 8
weeks prior to arrival date. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival
date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER.
In the event that you have to cancel you holiday home reservation for
whatever reason, the cancellation charges will be as follows :
More than 8 weeks: Deposit will be forfeited
30 - 56 Days: 50% of total rental will be forfeited
15 - 30 Days: 90% of total rental will be forfeited
Less than 15 Days: 100 % of total rental will be forfeited

4. SECURITY DEPOSIT.
A refundable security deposit of €150 must be paid on arrival. The
deposit will be refunded at end of stay once the owner is satisfied that
the terms & conditions of rental have been complied with. Any repairs
to the holiday property due to negligence on behalf of the client will
be deducted from the security deposit and where this is insufficient there
will be additional charges. Excessive damage to the holiday property will
be the responsibility of the person who made the booking. The owner may
at all reasonable times visit the holiday home during the stay or on departure.
5. CLEANING & BEDLINEN.
Final cleaning is included in the rental charge, but failure to leave
the holiday accommodation in a clean and tidy condition will result in
a charge of €50 being levied. Bed linen and towels are supplied .
6. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES.
Guests should arrive no earlier than 3.00 pm on arrival date.
Guests should depart no later than 10.00 am on departure date.
7. SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted inside the house
8. BEHAVIOUR.
We reserve the right to refuse to hand over Glen Cottage to any person
who, in the opinion of the owner, is not suitable to take charge. Likewise,
rental of the holiday home may be terminated with no refund at the discretion
of the owner if clients/occupiers behave in a disruptive manner, cause
a nuisance or disturbance, endanger the safety or well being of others
, cause damage to the property or in any other circumstances deemed reasonable
by the owner.
9. ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY.
The total number of guests staying in Glen Cottage must not exceed the
number stated at time of booking. In any case the total number of guests
must not exceed ten adults.
10. PETS.
Pets are not permitted
11. GROUP BOOKINGS.
Glen Cottage does not accept bookings from groups of parties under the
age of 25, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to
refuse to check-in such groups.
12. COMPLAINTS.
In the unlikely event of a complaint, it should
be brought to the attention of the owner.
