Stars in the sky

Children see stars in the sky and smile

They wonder and wish when one falls

Sometimes their wishes come true

I like a child in the night am here waiting

A new star to fall from the heavens

And my only wish is for you

Lovers sail on the ocean of love

For each one a star up above

Guiding them safe on their way

And I, search for that star in the night

That someday will shine there so bright

To bring my love safe home to stay

Each night I dream of only you

To hear your voice again, to feel your touch

It breaks my heart

Each day that we're apart

Right now I'm missing you so much

Something it feels like you're beside me once again

I reach to touch your face, your there nomore

The pain and the fears

The heartbreak the tears

And the silence, after you walked out the door.
