Let's introduce the wedding party...

Firstly, the wedding mass will be celebrated by - Fr. Colm Kenny, who is also a close family friend.

Emma will be accompanied by two bridesmaids on the special day. These important posts will be filled by her two long time friends, namely Sinead Crawford and Karen Manley.

The Best Man will be Mark Barlow, eldest brother of the groom, Ken. Also keeping Ken company as he awaits his bride, will be Jimmy Rafferty who has been a close friend of Ken's for many years. He will hold the position of Groomsman.

There will be two Senior Page Boys also on the altar. Gavin Moore Prendergast and Robert Griffiths, who are both nephews of the happy couple.

Finally, but not least at all, Master Sam Barlow will hold the esteemed position of Junior Page Boy on the day. Sam is the first and only child of Emma and Ken. He will also be proudly celebrating his 2nd birthday shortly after the wedding.

Lets Meet the Parents???

Let's start with Emma. Emma is the fourth daughter of Cora and  Robert Moore. Born on 17 September, 1974. Emma is preceeded by Louise and Karen (twins), who are closely followed by Jennifer (Jen). Emma is considered to be very much the baby of the family and strongly denies she is spoilt.

.......And so to Ken...

Kenneth Barlow was the 2nd child and son of Claire and Patrick Barlow. Born on 15 May, 1972. Often affectionately referred to as "Ken Barlow" from Coronation Street. Thankfully there is no other resemblance.

Ken has many other siblings, here's a quick guide...

  • Mark - eldest and self-appointed God Father

  • Stuart - arrived after Ken in the family line-up

  • Brenda - 1st of the girls, and she knows it too!

  • Philip - last of the boys and surrounded by the girls

  • Sandra - adding to the girlie numbers in the family

  • Kathy - was this the start of "double trouble?"

  • Jennifer - the boss of them all!!
