Its elevated position overlooking Kenmare Bay ensures that the view from every window is breathtaking. The charming character of this "home from home" will captivate your heart as you enjoy the splendour of the natural beauty which surrounds the cottage’s secluded setting. The warmth of the wood burning stove contribute to the cosy atmosphere of the house however there is oil heating for your additional comfort. Just 100 meters from the house a small restaurant and shop is located and just 500 meters further on you will find a pub and restaurant which offers as a specialty, fresh trout caught in the nearby lake. Situated amongst some of the most breathtaking scenery in Ireland the cottage is perfect for touring the Ring of Kerry and less famous, yet equally beautiful, Ring of Beara. The Gleninchaquin valley with its sparkling lakes and gushing waterfall along with the world renowned Dereen Gardens and the clear waters of Glenmore lake are also well worth a visit. |

This cozy home is only 12 kilometers from the town of Kenmare where you can shop, visit the variety of excellent restaurants, local pubs with their music and story tellers, or enjoy the many amenities including horseback riding, golfing and fishing. | This modern house which was constructed in 1998 is tastefully decorated, with a large living area and open plan kitchen-dining area which extends onto the outside patio.
Situated on a generous 1 acre site, on a quiet road the cottage offers maximum privacy.
It is enclosec by a timber fence and there is also a stone wall and timber gate which can be closed for the safety of young children.
