Lounge:
There is a spacious lounge (6.5 * 3.5 mts) which is tastefully decorated with a timber floor.This room has a peat.wood burning stove.There is also a t.v. video and Hi-Fi system for your enjoyment.
Kitchen/Dining Room:
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dish-washer, microwave, electric cooker, fridge-freezer and all mod cons.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area which opens onto the outside patio.
Utility Room:
The utility room houses the washing machine and dryer,an iron and ironing board. The controls for the central heating are also here.
    Bedrooms;
  • Bedroom 1
    This is a large room with a double bed. It has an ensuite toilet and Bath.
  • Bedroom2
    This is a spacious room with two single beds. It has an ensuite toilet and shower.
  • bedroom3
    This is a single bedroom with a sink.

    Each bedroom has a large skylight window which offers panoramic views of The Kenmare Bay, and country scenery.
    All beds are new and are of excellent quality.
Toilet
There is also a downstairs toilet with a shower.
