Fishermans Cove is located in County Kerry in the south of Ireland just 8 miles (12 kilometres) from the town of Kenmare.

  • When approaching the Kenmare town from the main Cork or Killarney Road R569 :

      Kenmare is a one way traffic system, after passing the golf club drive straight on through the town until you meet a junction with the Post Office, turn left here and out of the town. You will pass over the Suspension Bridge, immediately after the suspension bridge take the next right onto the R571. Approximately 8 miles out this road you will notice "The Peacock Restaurant", Immediately after this take your next right which is signposted for Coornagillagh Pier. You will find yourself travelling down a quiet country road. Fishermans Cove is the second house on the right approximately 100 metres down this road.


  • When approaching Kenmare town from the Old Killarney Road or Ring of Kerry N70 and N71:

      Kenmare is a one way traffic system, you will pass the tourist office on your right as you enter the town. Drive straight on through the square area and up through the main street. At the top of the town take a right turn past the Lansdowne Arms Hotel.Continue straight on accross the top of the town until you meet a junction with the Post Office, turn left here and out of the town. You will pass over the Suspension Bridge, immediately after the suspension bridge take the next right onto the R571. Approximately 8 miles out this road you will notice "The Peacock Restaurant", Immediately after this take the next right which is signposted for Coornagillagh Pier. You will find yourself travelling down a quiet country road. Fishermans Cove is the second house on the right approximately 100 metres down this road.
