Accomodation at our farmhouse is spacious, bright, comfortable and recently refurbished. All rooms have en suite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities, televisions and hairdryers. We are pleased to offer our guests a non-smoking home. Directions from Dublin Airport: Take the M50 southbound, bypassing the city centre, connecting to the N11 then. A good way to find your way to the south of the city is to follow the signs for the Ferry Port which brings you directly onto the N11. Take the Bray Bypass, at Loughlinstown Roundabout to Newtownmountkennedy, Ashford, Rathnew and on to Arklow. Take the slip road into Arklow from the Bypass. | ||||
Before you enter the town, on the right hand side, in a dip in the road, you will see a Rover Garage; take this road right(the Beech road) and travel along for 5km. Keppel's Farmhouse is on the left hand side of the road. We are 1km off this road. From Rosslare Port: | ||||

We are in an ideal location for touring County Wicklow, known as the "Garden of Ireland", with its beautiful beaches, walking trails, mountains and famous places of interest. These include the 6th Century Glendalough Monastic Site, Avondale House and Forest Park, The Meeting of the Waters, Blessington Lakes and Brittas Bay beach, Rossborough House, home of the Beit art collection, Mount Usher Gardens and Powerscourt Gardens and Waterfall. | ||

Kilquade Garden, comprising twenty themed gardens, is well worth a visit. As is Avoca Handweavers traditional mill and shop, established in 1723, where traditional weaving is still carried out today. The Maritime Museum in Arklow is also an interesting attraction. | ||
Also within easy reach are many amenities including golf, walking, horse-riding, fishing, and tennis. There is a new indoor swimming pool and sport complex in Arklow, ideal on wet days! Bicycles can be rented in Arklow on a daily or weekly basis. | ||
During the summer months, there is good 'craic' to be had at the Meetings Bar and in Avoca village. | ||

We have 5 spacious en-suite guestrooms in our farmhouse, including three double rooms, one twin room and one triple bed room. All rooms are equiped with tea and coffee making facilities, television, hair dryer and ensuite showers. Rooms are brightly decorated, mixing tradional decor with contemporary colours. We also offer our guests a comfortable lounge in which you they are welcome to watch television or read. Guests are free to use the garden and enjoy the views of the Vale of Avoca. | |||
