Apologies for the website being out of action recently. This was due to me upgrading my computer over Christmas and managing to delete all the logon details in the process! Regaining access has being rather tedious and painful but is now complete!!!

Shamork O-Ringen 2005 is happening! It's on over the June Bank Holiday Weekend, from Saturday to Monday, with Bere Island being the venue for Day 2 and Day 3. And don't forget our evening event on in Dinish on Friday 3rd June; it's going to be a mad 4-day long weekend of top class Irish orienteering!!!

Thanks to all involved in Irish Orienteering Championships 2004, both organisers and participants, you helped make it the big success it was. And of course the weather helped too!! It was KerryO's first IOC, and I'm sure it won't be the last...

The results of all KerryO events held using the SportIdent electronic punching system are available at Winsplits (http://www.winsplits.nu/online/en) and at Splitsbrowser (http://www.splitsbrowser.org.uk/)

Not only do these sites give you the overall results and the splits results as presented on our own results page, but they also provide a graphical representation of the results so you can see exactly where you gained or lost time on your course relative to any of the other competitors. Try it out, it's really interesting - and it;s fun!!

Sunday 20th March - Gougane Barra, Ballingeary, Co. Cork - Southwest League 2

Take the turn off the N22 on the Cork side of Macroom onto the R584 to Bantry. Go through Ballingeary and the turn for Gougane Barra is shortly afterwards.

This event is the second of our Southwest League 2005 series with normal entry-on-the-day. This event is being organised by CorkO. Start times from 11:00am to 1:00pm.

Sunday 10th April - The Crags, Glenflesk, Co. Kerry - Southwest League 3

Just off the main N22 Killarney to Cork Road, between Glenflesk and Clonkeen. It will be clearly signposted off the main road

This event is the third of our Southwest League 2005 series with normal entry-on-the-day. This event is being organised by CorkO. Start times from 11:00am to 1:00pm.

Our new event entry fees come into effect from Sunday 24th October 2004. They are as follows: Adult (Non-Member) €7, Adult (Member) €6, Student €4, Junior (Non-Member) €4, Junior (Member) €3!
