1.

Blow up a small, round balloon and then tie the end. Cut two cardboard tubes in half and tape the four pieces together.

2.

Tape the balloon on top of the cardboard tube legs. Use a marker pen to draw a small rectangle (about 1 cm x 4cm) on top of the balloon for the money slot.

3.

Crunch up a piece of paper and bend it slightly upwards. Tape the paper to the front of the balloon to make the dinosaur’s neck. Do the same with a second piece of paper and tape it to the back of the balloon to make the tail.

4.

Wrap toilet paper around the body, neck and tail, then brush on glue. Cover the dinosaur with three or four layers of paper and glue mixture, then leave it overnight to dry.

5.

Paint the dinosaur when it is hard and dry. Once the paint has dried, cover the dinosaur with a layer of PVA glue to give it a shiny finish. Then stick a pin through the money slot to pop the balloon.
