Frankford House

First owners were the Stoney Family.
It was built in 1829 by the Stoney builders.
In 1935 Owen Scully was the owner.
Pat Scully took it over in 1941.
In 1990 Paddy Scully took it over from his father.
There are nine rooms upstairs and six are en-suite.
Downstairs there are six apartments and a cellar.
There are 21 acres of a garden and a twenty foot wall around the estate.
Mr. Stoney employed town’s people to work for him.
There were 500 acres when Stoney owned it , but now there are only 100 acres left.
The mantle piece in the sitting room is worth over five thousand pounds !.
The Ballroom is 17 feet wide and 30 foot long.
Paddy Scully , the current owner of Frankford House , bred a horse called Sound Man.
