Chihuahua Chase

. Hi my name is Michael. I once heard a story about a chihuahua called Benjy. Benjy was a stray dog. He ate out of the trash can and at night he slept on the mats that people left outside.
Chapter 1
One day Benjy was asleep under a tree. Then two boxer dogs came over and bit him on the tail and woke him up. Benjy took a good look at the two boxers and ran away. The two boxers chased him until they saw two alleycats. The two boxers ran after the two alley cats until the alley cats ran up a tree. They continued chasing Benjy until the dog-catcher suddenly caught them in a net and threw them in a truck. Behind the truck Benjy was looking. He crawled in to the truck and bit the dog-catcher on the leg. The two boxers escaped but Benjy got caught himself. He was brought to the dog pound.
Chapter 2
One day an old lady named Niamh saw Benjy and thought he was a cat so she got him for her grandchild Natalie. When Natalie was younger her parents had died in a car crash so Niamh was taking care of her. Well, she thought Benjy was a cat so she bought Benjy and put him in her picnic basket and she brought him home. When she got home she gave the basket to Natalie and told her to open it up. Natalie asked, "Why?" and Niamh said that there was a little surprise for her.
Chapter 3
Natalie opened the basket then Benjy suddenly jumped out and startled her. She screamed at him and quickly ran up to her bedroom. Niamh took Benjy out into the garden to find his way round. Benjy explored the garden and went into the bushes. He heard a noise. He looked up and there were the two alley cats. He asked them to help him and they wanted to know what was the deal. He told them that he wanted to become friends with Natalie, and in return he would give them all the cat stuff the old lady gave him.
Chapter 4
They agreed to the deal and they told him what he had to do to make Natalie be friends. He had to be there for her when she felt sad and alone, they had to play together and have fun. Benjy said, "Okay, I'll do all that." Natalie soon started playing with Benjy and realised that he was not a bad dog and they became best friends
