On a planet called Roruga there were two young aliens called Topsy and Turna. Topsy was red and he was very kind, Turna was yellow and a good talker.

Chapter 1

One day Topsy and Turna's mother and father were in the kitchen talking about a very important meeting. Now Topsy and Turna were outside the door listening to every word that their parents said so they heard their parents talking about the meeting. The meeting was on in a big hall. That day when all the mothers and fathers went to the meeting Topsy and Turna sneaked out of the house and went too. When they got there they heard the leader of the planet saying, "There is no food left on Roruga because someone from another planet is stealing all our food and seeds." When the meeting was over they all went home to bed.

Chapter 2

Topsy and Turna had a plan. They were going to steal a spaceship and fly to Earth. In the middle of the night Topsy and Turna sneaked out of the bedroom window. Soon they came to an airfield. They saw the guards patrolling. They hid behind a bush. Soon the guards went away and Topsy and Turna climbed up the gates and robbed a spaceship. They got into the spaceship and started it up and away they went on their way to Earth. In the spaceship there was something wrong as they whizzed through the dark sky. Next thing there was a big crash. "Where are we?" asked Topsy. "We are on Earth," said Turna.

Chapter 3

They got out of the spaceship and looked around. There were two human beings staring at them. One of them was a ten-year-old girl with blond hair, and one was a nine-year-old boy. "Who are you?" asked Turna "I am Sinead," one said "And I am Paul, her brother," the other said. "What are you?" asked Topsy. "We are human beings," said Paul. "Who are you?" asked Sinead. "I am Topsy," said Topsy and "I am Turna," said Turna. "We are looking for the seed from roses because that is the only food we eat. Our planet Roruga is running out of roses because someone from another planet is stealing them. Is there any here on Earth?" asked Turna "Yes we have lots here on Earth," said Paul "Really?" said Topsy "Yes," said Sinead "Now we better get you out of here" said Paul "Why?" asked Turna "Because the government might see you and would send you back to space. Now come on," whispered Paul. "Ok but where will we leave our spaceship. We can't leave it here" said Turna "You can leave it at our house in our back garden" said Paul. So they set off in the spaceship to the house. They landed in the back garden. When they landed Paul said, "Stay here in the garden. We can't let Mam and Dad see you. They will ring the guards and the guards will ring the government and they will send you back to space without any food" said Sinead. "Yikes!" said Turna "We will stay here," said Topsy "Right. We better get a basket if we want to collect some roses and we will take them back to you," said Paul "Can we come with you?" said Topsy "No!" said Paul "Remember what we said," replied Sinead "Oh yes" said Turna "Oh well we will just stay here in the spaceship" said Turna. So off Sinead and Paul went to get some roses and seeds. They went to the park and picked some roses. When they returned they had lots of roses. "Thank you very much. How can we repay you?" asked Turna "You can give us a ride in your spaceship to space and show us where you live" said Sinead. "Well OK as long as you don't touch any buttons," said Topsy "Alright" said Sinead

Chapter 4

"Right. Let's go," said Topsy When they were in space they saw a big black sky and lots of tiny stars. They saw lots of other planets and spaceships. "This is brilliant," said Sinead and Paul. When they came back Sinead and Paul were exhausted and they had to go to bed. Topsy and Turna slept in the spaceship in the back garden. In the morning Sinead and Paul had to go to school. "AAAAAAAhhhhhhh!" yawned Sinead. "Another gorgeous day of school!" "But what about Topsy and Turna?" said Paul. "Oh yes let's go and see are they alright," said Sinead "Let's," said Paul. So out they went to the back garden. But when they got outside Topsy and Turna were about to leave because Sinead and Paul's mother and father had found out that there were aliens in the back garden. "Fly away!!!!" shouted Sinead and Paul "OK," said Turna "Goodbye!" said Sinead and Paul and they hugged the aliens "Goodbye" said Topsy and Turna. "Thanks for the roses you saved our planet." Sinead and Paul watched as the spaceship took off. They hoped that Topsy and Turna wouldn't get in trouble when they got back and they hoped that Roruga would be safe.
