I.R.A statement places question mark on future of talks

deeper uncertainty this week after a statement by the I.R.A saying
that they have problems with some of the stipulations present in the
Mitchell principles. This coming the same week that Sinn Fein
signed up to senator Mitchells Document on non-violence and
democracy. Unionist confidence in the process has seemed
to fade a bit and an air of pessimism has returned regarding the future
of the negotiations.
