We are a school of theology and ministry, dedicated to exploring a theology that is rooted in pastoral experience and yet not afraid to deal with some of the difficult issues which the living of the Gospel presents today. The Institute attempts to situate theology in the dialogue between faith and contemporary culture.

The Institute sees itself as a community of learning and mutual support, and encourages dialogue between staff and participants. Courses are designed to integrate academic work with personal and pastoral formation.
