7th of December, 1986. In Paris, during
a student march, a young French Arab, Malik Oussekine, is brutaly
'knocked down' by the CRS (Security Police). He dies a few hours
later.
9
years later, inspired by this event, Matthieu Kassovitz produces
'La Haine', which tells the story of twenty-four hours in the
life of a city after a serious police error has been committed.
7th
of June, 1995 at Noisy-le-Grand, Belkassem Belhabib, 24 years
old, is killed riding a stolen motorbike, while being chased down
by the CRS...
