In a very entertaining final played in Crossmolina, Lahardane completed their double. With the half time scores tied at 0-5 each, Ardnaree had plenty of scoring chances to avenge their league defeat months earlier. However, those chances were missed and Kenny Burke got three points in a row and Cormac Rowland punished each free Ardnaree conceded. Lahardane were awarded a late penalty which unluckily hit the crossbar and the rebound was cleared.
