 Please note that the prices shown below are inclusive of the following:
ELECTRICITY, OIL CENTRAL HEATING, ALL LINEN, TOWELS, WEEKLY CHANGE OF LINEN AND TOWELS, COT, FUEL FOR OPEN FIRE, USE OF LAKEBOAT, BOATHOUSE AND GAMES ROOM.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Arrival and Departure is not confined to Saturdays.
2. Cancellation: We appreciate that sometimes circumstances prevent a holiday as planned and booked. Once the deposit is paid, the unit is no longer offered to enquiring parties and since Self Catering does not rely on passing trade like a hotel, it might not be possible despite all efforts to re-let if cancelled.
Cancellation charges: If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as follows:
More than 42 days - deposit; 42-14 days: 60% of total; less than 14 days 100%. Should we succeed in re-letting the property we will refund the deposit less costs incurred in securing the re-let.
3. We advise all our visitors to take out travel insurance to cover cancellation charges.
4. To secure your booking please confirm in writing and remember to forward 1/3 of total by cheque (air mail), made out in your local currency, drawn on your local bank payable to A&R Holtkott, within 8 days of initial reservation. Full pre-payment is required for bookings made within 14 days of arrival. Also balance is due 2 weeks before arrival. For payments in EURO use IBAN and BIC for electronic transfer.
5. The cottage and apartments are open and available for holidays and vacations all year round.
6. Sorry we do not allow pets at Lakefield.
7. We are happy to take a reservation by email or over the telephone.
