From Cork City, take the Lower Glanmire Road (the main road to Dublin) out as far as the first roundabout.

Take the first exit onto the Glanmire Road, the 639, and follow this road for approximately 2 miles until the first set of traffic lights.

At these lights, take the left turn and continue up the hill, through the first junction and Lakemount is behind a stone wall and garage gable. Entry is through the black wicker gate.
