Firstly I would like to apologize for part of the content of this letter having been prematurely leaked to the media during the stages of its preparation. This was not my intention. However, due to the Bilderberg Group's track record, I am gravely concerned that the issues at stake as expressed here may have considerable implications for the future of our country, its government, its people and its neighbours. So I humbly submit this communiqué to you for your perusal. I would appreciate your reply before the end of May 2007 when the Bilderberg Group convene in Istanbul.

Sayın Başbakan,


Ben İrlanda’da yaşayan bir film yapımcısıyım. Öğrendiğime göre Bilderberg Grubunun bu yıl ki toplantısı 31 Mayıs ila 3 Haziran arasında İstanbul’da gerçekleşecek. (1) Bu grubun mevcudiyetini 1993 yılından beri biliyor ve çalışmalarını on dört yıldır takip ediyorum. Pek çok kaynağa göre 1954 yılında eski Nazi S.S: Subayı Hollanda Prensi Bernhard tarafından toplantıların ilk başlatılışından itibaren, Bilderberg Grubu gizli olarak Nazilerin Yeni Dünya Düzeni (küresel totaliter diktatörlük) getirme planını devam ettirmektedir. (2)

Bu yıl ki toplantıya katılması olası kişiler arasında Paul Wolfowitz, Dr. Henry Kissinger and Donald Rumsfeld bulunuyor:

* ABD Savunma Bakan Yardımcısı olarak Paul Wolfowitz Irak savaşının başlıca mimarlarından biriydi (3) ve halen de PNAC (Yeni Amerikan Yüzyılı Projesi)’ne bağlıdır. Neo muhafazakar bir düşünce kuruluşu olan PNAC (Project for a New American Century) 11 Eylül’den tam bir yıl önce politikalarını kolaylaştıracak “yeni bir Pearl Harbour” olayına ihtiyaçtan dem vurmuştur. (4) Wolfowitz, görevi suistimal iddiaları ile ilgili soruşturma sonucu başında bulunduğu Dünya Bankası’ndan istifa etmek zorunda kalmıştır. İstifası 30 Haziran 2007 itibaren geçerli olacaktır. (5)

* Bilderberg Grubu’nun yönetim kurulunun bir üyesi olarak, (6) Dr. Henry Kissinger’ın da bu toplantıya katılması olasıdır. Pek çok kaynağa göre, Dr. Kissinger bir savaş suçlusudur; 1969 ile 1973 arasında 500 bin Kamboçyalının ölümüne neden olan, 600 yasa dışı uçuş ile Kamboçya’nın bombalandığı, “Menu Harekatı”nın yürütücüsü ve savunucusudur. Amerikan Kongresi’nin onayı alınmadan yapılan bu gizli bombalama harekatı, ABD Anayasasına aykırıydı. (7)
Ekim 1972’de, Kuzey Vietnam’la bir barış anlaşması imzalanmasından iki ay sonra Güney Vietnam’ı yatıştırma maksadına yönelik halka ilişkiler kampanyası çerçevesinde, 129 adet B-52 bombardıman uçağı ile 11 gün boyunca Kuzey Vietnam’ın bombalanması emrini verdi; bu, sonradan “Noel Bombalaması” adı verilen bir kaba güç gösterisiydi. Dr. Kissinger ve Başkan Ford’un Endonezya Başkanı Suharto ile 5 Aralık 1975’de Endonezya’da bir araya geldiklerini hem ABD’nin o dönem Endonezya büyükelçisi olan David Newsom hem de üst düzey bir CIA yetkilisi teyid etmektedir. Bu toplantının tutanakları, Endonezya’nın Doğu Timor’u müteakip istilası için kendisinin yeşil ışık yaktığını ispatlamaktadır. Bu istila 100 bin’den fazla Timorlunun katledilmesine sebep olmuş ve ABD’nin silah ticareti yasalarını ihlal etmiştir. (8)
Geçtiğimiz günlerde, bir Fransız yargıç Şili’deki toplu katliamlar, Condor Harekatı ve General Pinochet ile ilgili ABD bağlantılarından dolayı Dr. Kissinger’a bir makeme celbi göndermiş bulunmaktadır. Kendisi mahkeme celsesine katılmadığı gibi, o günden beri celbi kabullenmekten kaçınmaktadır.(9)

* Bilderberg üyesi Donald Rumsfeld ise bir başka PNAC takipçisi ve Irak Savaşı’nın baş mimarıdır. Kendisinin mutat bir Bilderberg katılımcısı olması hasebiyle bu yıl ki Istanbul toplantısına gelmesi olasılığı vardır.(10)

Bu durumda benim başlıca endişelerim ve dolayısıyla size sorularım şunlardır:

(a) Paul Wolfowitz, Henry Kissinger and Donald Rumsfeld gibi savaş tacirlerinin, Türk halkının bilgisi veya onayı dışında, bu yıl Türkiye’de gizli bir toplantı yapmasına neden müsade edilmektedir?

(b) Neden Türk medyası İstanbul’da gerçekleşecek bu etkinlikle ilgi herhangi bir tartışma ve yayın yapmamaktadır?

(c) Savaş tacirleri ve elit beyinlerin gizli toplantısının kar uğruna bir savaş daha üretilmesiyle sonuçlanması muhtemeldir. . Bu yüzden bilmemiz gereken şudur: Bu toplantı, yaklaşan İran savaşının sonraki safhalarını planlamak için mi yapılıyor? Bir sonraki savaşta Türkiye’yi bir satranç taşı olarak mı kullanacaklar? Ayrıca Dr. Kissinger, yazdığı “Nükleer Silahlar ve Dış Politika” adlı kitapta kabul ettiği üzere, savaş durumlarında nükleer silaha başvurulmasına karşı olmadığına göre, bizi bu sefer bir nükleer savaşa mı sokacaklar?
Bu yıl toplantıya davet edilenlerden biri de Cengiz Çandar. 3 Nisan 2007 tarihli Referans Gazetesi’ndeki köşesinde, Washington’da başbaşa yaptığı kahvaltıda yakın dostu Wolfowitz‘e “Yıllardır, komplo teorisyenleri tarafından Bilderberg’in gizli dünya hükümeti olduğu söylenirdi. Bu yılın katılımcıları arasında ben de varım. Gizli dünya hükümeti nasıl bir şeymiş görmüş olacağız,” dediğini yazan Çandar, okuyucuları için bir çeşit “sıradanlaştırılmış Bilderberg duyurusu” yapmıştır. Bunun haricinde, Türk basınında henüz başka bir haber ya da yorum çıkmamıştır. (11)
Yaklaşmakta olan Bilderberg toplantısıyla ilgili Türk basınında mevcut sessizliği, gizliliği ve inkarı, bu toplantıların şeffaflık prensipleri harici tutulmasını ve Türk halkının Bilderberg grubu konusundaki bilgisizliğini dehşet verici bulmaktayım. Dünyanın en nüfuzlu savaş tacirlerinin düzenlediği bir gizli toplantı burnumuzun dibinde gerçekleşecek! Bu kabul edilemez bir durumdur.

Bir Türk vatandaşı olarak, yurttaşların bilgisi veya onayı dışında, üst düzey gizli bir toplantının topraklarımızda gerçekleşmesi fikrini derin bir teessürle karşılamaktayım. Bu sebeple, İstanbul’da yapılacak Bilderberg toplantısında bağımsız gazetecilik üzerinden eksiksiz bir şeffaflık sağlanmasını talep ve istirham etmekteyim. Eğer Bilderberg Grubunun saklayacak bir şeyi yok ise, kamuoyuna toplantılarının eksiksiz tutanağını sunmaları gerekmektedir. Bu yil ki toplantiya tarafsizligi süpheli Cengiz Çandar dışında, Türk Basinini temsilen baska bağımsız gazeteciler mutlaka katılmalıdır. Eğer bu mümkün olmayacaksa, Türk halkının bir bendesi olarak sizden ricam, yapılması planlanan Bilderberg toplantısının Türkiye’de gerçekleşmesine izin vermemenizdir.
Bu durumla acilen ilgilenmenizi ve neticenin tarafıma bildirilmesini arz ve talep ederim.

Dear Prime Minister,

I am a Turkish filmmaker living in Ireland. It has come to my attention that the Bilderberg Group are holding their next meeting in Istanbul this year, between May 31 and June 3rd.(1) I have known about this group since 1993 and have been following their activities over the past 14 years. According to many sources, since its inception in 1954 by former Nazi S.S. Officer Prince Bernhard of The Netherlands, the Bilderberg Group have been covertly continuing the Nazi policy of creating a New World Order (a global totalitarian dictatorship). (2)

Likely to attend this year’s meeting are Paul Wolfowitz, Dr. Henry Kissinger and Donald Rumsfeld:

* As U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense, Paul Wolfowitz was one of the major architects of the Iraqi War (3) and is still a member of PNAC (Project for a New American Century). PNAC is a neo-conservative think-tank which called for a "catalyzing event" for their policies "like a New Pearl Harbour" exactly a year before 9/11.(4) Mr. Wolfowitz who has been questioned on charges of corruption had to announce his resignation, effective June 30, as President of the World Bank.(5)

* As member of the Steering Committee of the Bilderberg Group (6), Dr. Henry Kissinger is also likely to attend. According to many sources, Dr. Kissinger is a mass murderer who implemented and defended the decision to run 600 illegal bombing missions in Cambodia ("Operation Menu"), causing the deaths of over 500,000 Cambodians between 1969 and 1973. Under the U.S. constitution, this secret bombing campaign was illegal without U.S. Congressional approval. (7) Two months after striking a peace accord with North Vietnam in October 1972, he authorised 129 B-52 bombers to bomb North Vietnam for 11 days in a "demonstration bombing" as a public relations exercise to appease South Vietnam (called "The Christmas Bombing").
Former U.S. Ambassador to Indonesia David Newsom, and a Senior CIA Officer both confirm that on December 5th 1975, Dr. Kissinger, along with President Ford, held a meeting in Indonesia with President Suharto. Transcripts of this meeting prove that he gave the greenlight to the subsequent Indonesian Invasion of East Timor. This lead to the massacre of over 100,000 Timoreans and violated the U.S. law on arms trade. (8)
Recently, a French judge subpoened Dr. Kissinger about U.S. involvement with mass-killings in Chile, Operation Condor and General Augusto Pinochet. He still hasn’t attended the hearing and has been evading the subpoena ever since.(9)

* Bilderberg member Donald Rumsfeld is also another PNAC member and was the main architect of the Iraqi War. As he is a regular Bilderberg attendee, there is a possibility that he may attend this year’s meeting in Istanbul.(10)

My main concerns and therefore my questions to you are:

(a) Why are war-mongers the likes of Paul Wolfowitz, Henry Kissinger and Donald Rumsfeld being allowed to hold a secret meeting in Turkey this year, without the Turkish people’s knowledge or approval?

(b) Why are hardly any of the Turkish newspapers discussing this event which will be taking place in Istanbul?

(c) It is obvious that a secret meeting of elite minds and warmongers like these is likely to result in the manufacture of another war for profit. I would therefore like to know whether they will be holding this meeting to plan the next stages of an upcoming war with Iran? Will they be using Turkey as a chess-piece in this next war? Also, as Dr. Kissinger wrote the book "Nuclear Weapons and Foreign Policy" and admits that he is not averse to using nuclear weapons in war, will they be involving us in a nuclear one?

One journalist who has been invited to this year’s meeting is Cengiz Çandar. In his column in the Turkish Referans Newspaper, on April 3rd 2007, he mentions the brunch he had with his close friend Wolfowitz in Washington and makes an announcement on Bilderberg for his readers, by saying "for years, it has been claimed by the conspiracy theorists that Bilderberg is a secret world government. This year I will be among the attendees. We’ll see what this secret government is like..." (11) Other than this, no news or comment has been published in the Turkish media that I know of.

I am completely appalled by the lack of discussion in Turkish newspapers about the upcoming Bilderberg meeting, by the huge level of secrecy and denial surrounding it, the total lack of transparency of these meetings, and by the high level of ignorance Turkish people are showing about the Bilderberg Group. A secret meeting is being held by the world’s most influential warmongers, right under our noses! This is unacceptable.

As a Turkish citizen, I am deeply offended that my own government would allow this secret meeting to take place on Turkish soil without the knowledge or approval of its citizens. I therefore ask you that there be complete journalistic transparency at the upcoming Bilderberg meeting in Istanbul this year. If the Bilderberg Group have nothing to hide, then we must be allowed a full transcript of their meeting.

Therefore, other than Mr. Çandar, more independent journalists representing the Turkish Press must attend the meeting this year. If this is not possible, I ask that you, as a servant of the Turkish people, not allow the upcoming Bilderberg meeting to take place in Turkey.

I expect your urgent attention on this matter and request to be informed of the results of your enquiry.
