Okay, this is possibly the most infuriating thing I've ever encountered. Apperantly, some genius civil servants have decided that a motorway is just what the Hill of Tara needs. There are several other options to this plan, none of which involve destroying 39 sites of importance and the destruction of the landscape around the seat of the Irish High Kings. If this pisses you off as much as it does I, then sign the petition and make your voice heard.
