3. Chairman's report.

This was not available due to Tony being unable to attend the meeting, but he had passed on via Mike L his congratulations and pride in what the branch had achieved in the first year of it's existence.

4. Secretary's report, ( see attached ).

5. Treasurer's report.

Copies of  the accounts were distributed by Mo'. These were amended to include £50 paid to the branch for our performance at Lichfield Bower. The bar expenses for the branch ceili in October would be paid out of the coming year's finance. Expenses would also be offered to Tom Boyle and Anthony Moore for their attendance and help at the ceili. The raffle money figure did not include the amount spent on the St. Patrick's Day float as this had been reimbursed directly back to Chris' who had kindly subsidised the float in the absence of any branch funds at the time. The raffle had infact been initated for this purpose. It was requested by Mike K. that any future expenditure of any sort would go through the books and members agreed this.

6. AOB.

Alan expressed his thanks as vice- chair to all the members for their efforts towards the huge success of the branch in its first year. Particular thanks was expressed to Martin for all his work in organising the October ceili, and Mike K. proposed a vote of thanks to Mike L. and Chris for their work as regards the ceili band, music teaching and the parade float for the branch during this last year. This was agreed by other members present.

The meeting closed at 8.20pm.
