OBIT: Richard A. Eddy, 86, a retired machinist for Penn CentralRailroad in Rochester, NY, died Friday, February 16, 2001 at NoyesMemorial Hospital in Dansville, NY. Mr. Eddy lived on North DansvilleSt. in Cohocton and was previously from Geneseo. He is survived by hiswife Nancy Eddy, children Richard Eddy Jr. of CA, Robert Eddy ofGeneseo, Randy Eddy of Groveland, Dale Eddy of Conesus, Hughie Eddy ofWayland, Jean Ingalls of Geneseo, Linda Collins of TX , Lila Hulo ofCanandaigua, Julia Smith of Canandaigua, Tina Eddy of Cohocton, NinaFinnocharrio of Mt. Morris, Tonya Eddy of Bath, Tammie Eddy ofCanandaigua, William Eddy of York, 28 grandchildren, several
great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was born October 14, 1914in Avon, NY, the son of Elmer and Grace (Washburn) Eddy. Visitationwas held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home on Monday Feb. 19, 2001 from7-9 PM. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society 1400 N.Winton Rd., Rochester , NY 14609. Funeral services were held Tuesday,February 20, 2001 at 10 am at the Rector Hicks Funeral Home wit Rev.John Zatkiewicz of the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Geneseoofficiating. Burial will be in Temple Hill Cemetery in Geneseo.

In 1910 Lillian and Edward were living at 2676 Delaware Avenue,Buffalo, NY and Edward was Vice President of what appears to be TheBuffalo Motel. They were married 11 years with no children.
