[1138] After she was widowed in about 1882, she couldn't care for all of herchildren. At least one, Margaret Ann Evans, was brought toCheektowaga, Erie co., NY as a 6-year-old child with Harry and LetitiaLewis. Margaret visited her daughter in the USA a couple oftimes--once was in 1901. Margaret Jones Evans remarried and isprobably buried in Wales with her second married name.

[2311] Both were born in the old county of Cardiganshire, Wales, so theirmarriage may have occurred there.
