Peter W. Griffin was Grantee & George E. Corwin was Grantor, pg.628,Book 4, Steuben co., NY Deeds. (In a book at the Schuyler co., NYcourthouse.) Also, in same location, in Book 7, page 159, SarahGriffin was Grantor to Moses Gustin, Grantee.
Then in Book 8, Steuben county Deeds, Andrew Maring was Guarantee andPeter W Griffin was Guarantor, page 475.
Then, in a separate book of Steuben co., NY deeds, Book 8,
Andrew Maring was Guarantee & Peter W Griffin was Guarantor (pg. 475)
He was on the 1840 census in Reading, Steuben co., NY.
