[187] In 1902 he and his family were living at Corcoran's Mall, Sligo, Co.Sligo. His occupation was listed on his daughter's birth record asa"caretaker", perhaps of the nearby abbey. He is also said to have operated a taxi service in Sligo Town with his horse and trap. In about 1911 he left for Australia with his eldest son Christie. Henever returned to Ireland, but sent money for the family. He perhapswasn't able to get the money together for his family's passage toAustralia, or else his wife didn't want to leave Ireland. Christie(Christopher) married and there are McGuinn cousins in Australia.

[2291] Both were living on Stephen's St., Sligo town at time of marriage. His occupation was listed as "servant". Belle was "Bella McManamey" onher marriage record, daughter of "John McManamey".
