Organization:       Established in 1970’s to provide a community centre that would act as a unifying umbrella organisation for all groups active in the community.

Committee:           All groups are invited to nominate a representative onto the committee to attend monthly meetings, these representatives may change from month to month. The AGM is held in March each year.

Activities:

· Acts as a coordinating body for groups represented in the Community Council.

· Management of the Community Centre & maintenance of same.

· Management of the Village Green

· Maintenance of the Liscarroll Website: www.liscarroll.ie

· Management of the annual litter challenge

 

Achievements:

· Establishment of a Bring Centre servicing 6 neighbouring communities.

· Re-enactment of the Battle of Liscarroll

· Establishment of the Village Green

· O’Sullivan Beara One Day Event

· Initiated new development behind centre now managed by LCC Ltd.
