Tony had a good audience for his presentation on the WINNER’S TRIANGLE. In addition to TAI members, there were visitors from the Maynooth Counselling Course being run by TACT in Tallaght. The content of the talk was based on an article by Acey Choy in the book Transactional Analysis in Education . (published by Ecrit)

That a person who becomes aware that they are in a vulnerable position has to activate their Nurturing/Protecting Parent part to take responsibility for making themselves more safe; and 2. That the positions on the Winner’s triangle are skills which it takes time and practice to learn. All agreed that the first step is to increase our level of awareness, little by little each day.
"Lots of things prevent us from being happy a bad marriage, an unpleasant job, difficult relationships, not enough money, a sad experience. But even if life hasn’t always seemed
