March Report:
TAI East Meeting
Elizabeth did the presentation at the March meeting. The topic was Self- Re-Parenting, and she said she had a feeling of déjà vu since it had been March last year when she had spoken on the same topic.
However the book 'It's Never too Late to be Happy' has plenty of material still to be covered, so there was no sense of repetition.
The eight people present divided into small groups to discuss what it might have been like to have had ideal parents, and how they would be different now if they had had.
It was good to have Pat and Sam with us from TAI North.

EIGHT STEPS OF SELF-RE-PARENTING

(from Muriel James: It’s Never too late to be Happy, Page 16)

With these eight steps, you’ll have a new loving Parent within who will treat you with dignity, respect, and care, and see that you get the same treatment from others. You’ll have new hope, new success, new happiness.
