The most important thing about any group is the very fact of its existence (at least the job will be done)

EDITORIAL
Well, its that time again - in fact it is past the time. It was decided at the Newry meeting to defer the AGM till September in the hopes of a good attendance when the holidays are over.
One thing that hasn't changed is the CARLINGFORD ARMS where we have been happily accommodated for the past few years. We will assemble there as usual from about 1230 with a view to starting our meeting at 1400. There are a few items to be discussed, so we may not get finished as promptly, but rest assured, this meeting is for decision-making. The idea will be to finish and get out into the sunshine of good company, and hopefully good weather also.
As always, family members of all ages are welcome to join us, and the focus will be on friendship with good humour and reviewing the year's memories.
IMPORTANT: Send (Further proposals for changes to Constitution, or (any other motions for the AGM, or (other items for AGM Agenda, to 8 Seskin View Avenue, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
On or before Friday, August 27 1999.
You can celebrate the gifts you have received and the gifts you have given.

June Meeting - we watched the video and had a very lively discussion about STROKES. Even Though the topic Strokes is one of the simplest and most basic in TA theory, there always seems to be something new to learn about to improve how we stroke each other.
Until a new venue is found, contact 4511125 for details of where TAI East will meet each month.
