The reason why people go into psychiatry [as a career] is that they're not required to do very much except to have staff conferences to explain why they can't do very much.
This was a hard-working day, but we accomplished a lot. It was good that sufficient members turned up to make a quorum.
One of the most interesting items, which happened spontaneously was when people spoke out the vairous benefits they experienced from belonging to the TAI groups. I record them here, in no particular order, just as they tumbled out of people and were scribbled on the flipchart.

These are prime strokes which we have been giving each other over the past five years. Let us celebrate the force for good that this little group has become.
