As previously stated, The Anchorage
cottage in Castletownbere, Co. Cork is the ideal base from which
to explore the wonderful Beara Peninsula. There are plenty of outdoor
activities to participate in as well as numerous beauty spots and
historical sites to visit. Art Galleries and the Call
of the Sea Museum take up some Tai-Chi, Kick Boxing or Karate
Lessons at the new Fighting Fit Gymnasium - just some of the indoor
