Currency Convertor

  • An immediate booking deposit of €100 - €150 (depending on season) is required to secure booking. Balance of payment required no less than four weeks before arrival date.

  • A security deposit of €100 is payable with your final instalment (No later than 4 weeks prior to arrival) and will be repaid when final check is carried out by owner on departure. Any damages caused will be deducted from this deposit.

  • Check in is at 16.00hrs and check out at 11.00hrs unless special arrangements have been made in advance.

  • **No pets allowed**

  • Bed linen supplied.

  • Electricity & Heating are charged as extra - separate meter.

  • Cancellation rates: More than 4 weeks prior to arrival results in loss of booking deposit. Three weeks results in loss of 50% of total rental paid. Two weeks results in 75% loss of total rental paid. Less than 1 weeks notice results in loss of 100% rental paid.

No responsibility will be accepted for loss of or damage to your property while staying at our cottage or for property left behind after departure. It is expected that the house be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be disposed of into refuse bin that is supplied.
