Louise Killeen is a 27 year old singer/songwriter from Shannonbridge in Co. Offaly. Her father Mick Killeen owns a landmark pub in the village where live music is played every night. She has four brothers and two sisters all of which have a strong love for music which has been passed down to them from their parents.
Louise began playing piano and guitar at the age of twelve, and began delving into the realm of song writing at the age of 19.
Louise attended the University of Limerick for four years where she studied public administration, but always in the back of her mind she knew she was destined to follow a career in music.
After travelling around the world and teaching English for a year, Louise is now following her dream and dedicates all her time to song writing and performing. |
