I developed a web site for watersports enthusiasts.
The site was based on surfing in West Cork .It included an XML search facility for accommodation, restaurants and pubs, Panoramic QuickTime VR images of various beaches,SMIL and Flash presentations on beach safety and the culture of surfing,Javascripts to and HTML .I also included a function to upload your own images to the photo gallery.
I used Flash 4, Fireworks 3, After Effects & Photoshop 5 for animation, video and graphics.

I was project leader of the final year project entitled "A proposal for the processing and marketing of Mozzarella Cheese". This involved the research, design, marketing and production of "Dip Sticks"; battered and breaded mozzarella cheese sticks, served with a dip.
