Experience and become competent, practicing the various Pilates
exercises for
increased flexibility, tone, suppleness, strength and mobility.
The following list shows some of the exercises you will learn.
1. Hundred (abdominal – core strength, toning)
2. Swan Dive (lower back flexibility, strength)
3. Side Lift (waist - abdominal– core strength, toning)
4. Pilates Push-up (spine mobility, upper body, abdominal and core strength)
5. Roll back (whole spine flexibility, mobility)
6. Roll up (pure abdominal – core strength, toning)

Understand and learn how to:
1. Place your spine into the “Neutral Position”
2. Engage your abs (TVA Transvers Abdominals) the Pilates way
3. Apply Lateral or Thoracic breathing for the Pilates exercises
Your Health Investment for the weekend workshop is €100.
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of €50 is required to secure a place,
as there is a maximum number of 12 participants attending the workshop.
The course will take place in the Benildus Health & Fitness Club in Stillorgan, South Dublin.
