NLP Neuro Linguistic Programming client: I found the NLP experience an advantage on many levels. It allowed me to highlight my goals, set targets and achieve them with confidence in a realistic time frame. As a newcomer to the whole NLP theory I was guided by Martin and found him to sincere and very helpful. He made the point of researching and supplying documentation and advice in relation to my own goals and was always on hand to answer any queries. Personal Fitness Training client: I have worked with Martin for a number of months and am delighted with the results. Working with Martin, provides me with a number of significant benefits. Meeting on a weekly basis provides tremendous focus, not only when you are in working during the session, but also to ensure that you follow your personalised programme during the rest of the week. Martin has customised a programme for me, based on my goals and my preferences. Before working with Martin, I did go to the gym regularly, but didn't see the results, however I have made fantastic progress in the last couple of months. Student – Pilates classes in the Holistic Sourcing Centre: I would highly recommend anybody – regardless of flexibility and ability – to try a Pilates class. Chances are you might get hooked! While Pilates is excellent for relaxation, it can also be hard work, and you will definitely feel a bit sore the day after your first class. The ‘Active lunch-time’ Pilates class is hugely beneficial – it relaxes the mind and tones the body – what better to spend your lunch time? You’ll return to your desk (or whatever it is you do during the day) feeling calmer and more focussed. The focus on correct breathing in combination with toning and flexibility exercises is the perfect way to counter the stress from work and everyday life – not to mention the hunching over keyboards that so many of us engage in during the day. Benefits of regular Pilates practice include increased flexibility, a more toned physique, a relaxed mind, better posture.. the list is endless really! The great thing about Pilates is that anybody can do it, adjusting the various postures to suit your ability. So whatever your ability, give it a go! I promise you won’t regret it. .
