Acting Chairman (Dr. Henry): Amendment Nos. 1 and 19 are consequential on amendment No. 76 and amendment No. 77 is related. The proposed deletion of sections 9 and 13 are consequential on amendments Nos. 1 and 76. It is proposed, therefore, that amendments Nos. 1, 19, 76 and 77 and the proposed deletion of sections 9 and 13 be taken together by agreement. Is that agreed? Agreed.
