| Our Unit The unit is a retained station with eight part-time firefighters. We are situated on a crossroad's of two national primary roads the N5, recently bypassed to south of the town, and the N17. We are four miles from Ireland West Airport (Knock). |

Incident Command Implementation Agreed
On Friday 13th February, a meeting took place between
Management & NRFA National Negotiating Committee, and it was agreed
and signed off to implement the Incident Command System (ICS) on 1st
March 2009.
