CLUB NOTES
It was very much mixed fortunes on the playing field the weekend just gone, it was disapointment for the U/14 Footballers who went under to a very strong Na Fianna team in the final of the championship at St.Conleths Park on Saturday afternoon last, however at the same venue there was some consolation when the Junior "C"s had a deserving win over rivals Sarsfields in the semi-final of the championship to stay on course for the championship and league double having already qualified for the league final. On Sunday evening it was the Minors turn when again they had a comprehensive win over Sarsfields in the league semi-final on the score 3-13 to 2-01 they now meet Leixlip in the final. Fixtures for the coming week include on Saturday at Allenwood Junior League final Moorefield V Sarsfields at 3.30pm and at 5pm at the same venue it is again Moorefield V Sarsfields in the final of the Div.3 League.
