Comments : My niece is being tested for Williams Syndrome she is 14 years old and no one can work out what is wrong with her. We have moved to Ireland 1 year ago from teh UK and finally think we are gettign somewhere. Looking on the itnernet Emily has all the characteristics of a William's child and also has problems with loud noises and gets extremely anxious. Other than that she is a veery loving child. She can become obsessed with people, but we are learnign to deal with this. Hopefully we will have a diagnosis in the next few weeks.

Comments : Hello. My name is Caitlin Moylan and live in the U.S. I would love to know if there is any relation, we know very little about our family tree as well. My father's name is also Tom Moylan and we have many Patricia's as well, but they are both common names. I will be traveling to Ireland in August and trying research our family history and came upon this site.

Comments : Hello! My GGGrandfather was a Moylan from the Birr area. His name was Martin and he was married to Mary Fell. They had 7 children and emmigrated to the US around 1888 and settled in Biddeford, Maine, where I now live with my wife and family. I was told that some of the seven children had moved back to Ireland after they had become adults. Do you know of any Moylans to whom I may be related? My GGrandmother's name was Jane and she was the youngest of the seven. I heard that one of her brothers was named John Moylan. Unfortunately, that's the extent of my familial knowledge regarding the Moylans.
Best regards,
Fred Staples

Comments : Hello
I was searching for Ballymacaw and your site came up. My husband's GGrandfather, Arthur JONES, was born at Ballymacaw in 1883, his father Henry was a Coast guard, which made me wonder if they might have lived in one of the cottages in which you holiday?!
