The Youth Convention is the highlight of the PYM programme of events. Taking place annually, on Palm Sunday weekend, it runs on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. 2002's Youth Convention takes place from Friday 22nd March to Sunday 24th March.

The title for this year's Youth Convention is "Are you ready for the changeover?"

2002 sees the introduction of the Euro currency into Ireland. It'll mean changes for all of us as we get to grips with the new coins and notes.

In the same way, having Jesus in our lives will bring great changes. We can live our lives in the assurance that we have a friend who understands and loves us. We can shrug off the things that are weighing us down and go forward with Jesus as our Saviour.
