Longford town is a small town in the midlands with a population of about 6,000 people. the town is made up of 4 main streets and many other smaller streets. A small river called the Camlin flows through the bottom of the town. We have a big cathedral and many other attractions which you can see through out this site.

   Our Town

We live in a small town called Longford. Although small Longford can sometimes be very crowded and you cant even get a parking space. We have a very big cathedral in our town named St.Mel’s Cathedral. There are lots of schools in Longford. Our school St.Michael's goes from 2^nd class to 6^th class and has about seventy pupils ageing from about seven to thirteen. There is leisure complex in Longford called Longford Mega Bowl, I go there a lot to play bowling. There are also a lot of housing estates in Longford and there are two main shopping centre's in the town, Tesco and Super value and there is a print company called Turners. I like my home town of Longford. is a print company called Turners. I like my hometown of Longford.
