Dear Deputy O'Connor,

I wish to acknowledge receipt of your e-mail dated 4th July 2006 in

relation to the water tank at Beechdale, Ballycullen.

Please be advised that work on site has stopped.There are a number

oftechnical issues to be resolved and discussions are ongoing between the

Council’s planning staff, water engineerand the developer.

I will keep you updated as the matter progresses.
