Charlie O'Connor TD - Road Safety Walkabout FAB would like to thank Charlie O'Connor TD for taking the time to meet local residents on Wednesday morning, 15th March. A group of ten local residents and parents turned up on to walk with Charlie around our local area in order to highlight and point out the road safety concerns affecting our local school children due to the increase in traffic in the area.It proved to be a worthwhile and useful exercise. FAB also learned from Senator Brian Hayes that following a question raised by his colleague Councillor Karen Warren in a recent Council meeting, South Dublin County Council have plans to install a pedestrian crossing close to Scholars Pub/Ballycragh Park.
