The 2004 Nenagh and District Inter-firms League will run from Monday 3rd May. Nenagh LTC is delighted that Procter & Gamble will again be sponsoring the event.
The usual rules, with some modifications in Division I mainly, will apply. Four players (2 ladies, 2 men) per team. Division I teams must have at least one 'B' man and one 'B' lady in the team line-up.
The standard of the higher graded player on any team usually dictates the division in which the team will be playing, so it's important that teams try to have teams comprised of reasonably equal standards of players.
Details and entry forms are on the notice board at the clubhouse. Entries close on Wednesday 28th April, and the draw and playing schedule will be available by Friday night 30th April. Play commences on Monday 3rd May.
The club is running club nights until the commencement of the Inter-Firms League. This Wednesday night 21st April is already full up and scheduled.
The next night is on Wednesday 28th April. There's an entry sheet at the clubhouse. These nights are open to all senior members and older juniors. Players enter on own and they will be paired with players of similar standard.
