The House

It is a traditional Irish cottage in West Cork, tucked into the base of Conigar mountain. The house offers wonderful views of the Caha mountains.

The cottage is readily accessible and stands in its own attractive garden. There is ample parking.

The ground floor provides a cozy sitting room with recliner chairs and bed-settee, wood burning stove, digital satellite television and a CD player.

The well appointed kitchen includes a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and wood burning stove. A full range of crockery, cutlery and utensils is supplied.

Other facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a ample room for coats, boots etc. in the utility area. There is also a downstairs lavatory.

A well stocked library holds diverse reading matter for when the hastily purchased blockbuster palls.

Two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one twin bedded, provide comfortable accommodation for four people. Both rooms have built in wardrobes.

The bathroom includes a shower/bath, hand basin and lavatory. Water is heated by immersion heater in the large airing cupboard.

Linen and towels are provided, but beach towels are the visitors responsibility.

Dogs are welcome.
